Personal Training in Stockholm: How to Get Started with Daša

Starting personal training involves a few practical decisions: what you want help with, where you can train and which times you can keep available. With Dashable, the first step is a free personal training consultation with Daša.

What would you like help with?

You do not need a detailed programme before making contact. You might want support getting started, returning to a routine or making your existing training more consistent. Write down the main thing you would like to work on and any questions you want to ask.

Prepare for the consultation

Be ready to discuss your training experience, preferences and schedule. Tell Daša about relevant health considerations or limitations so these can be considered when discussing a suitable approach. Ask what the first paid session would involve and what you should bring.

Choose a location that fits your week

Personal training is offered in Vasastan or at your home, with the location agreed when booking. If you prefer training at home, mention the space and any equipment you have available. Confirm travel arrangements and the exact location before paying.

How long is a session, and what does it cost?

A paid personal training session lasts 45 minutes and costs 1,200 kr. The free consultation is a separate starting conversation. Check the personal training page for current details.

Make your appointment easier to keep

Choose a time that fits your actual calendar. Set out what you need beforehand, leave time to arrive and discuss how training can fit around other commitments. A workable plan begins with an appointment you can realistically attend.

Book your first conversation

Contact Daša with your preferred days, times and location. Confirm an appointment before purchasing a session; a payment alone does not reserve a time.
